About the Provincial Contest

The premier programming competition for Oklahoma college or university students.

The ICPC RSU Northeast Oklahoma Provincial Contest brings together the brightest computer science students from universities in the northeast region to compete in solving challenging algorithmic problems.

Teams of three students work together to solve 8-12 problems within a 5-hour time limit, testing their problem-solving skills, programming ability, and teamwork under pressure.

Who can participate and how it works

Eligibility

  • Open to Northeast Oklahoma college or university students
  • Teams of 3 students from same institution
  • Maximum of 2 teams per school can advance
  • Participants must be enrolled in degree program

Contest Format

  • 5-hour competition duration
  • 8-12 programming problems
  • Teams work on one computer
  • Printed reference materials allowed
