Steps for teams to register for the contest

Teams from Asia continent can register directly. For Oklahoma teams, priority will be given to highest ranking teams from ICPC RSU provincial contests.

Register for the contest

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have three members (contestants).
  • Team members must be currently enrolled university students
  • Maximum of two teams per university
  • No prior World Finals participation by any team member

Registration Instructions:

Teams with a coach:

  • Each team member including the coach must go to the ICPC website by clicking on the following link: ICPC Website and create an account.
  • Only the team coach should perform the following steps:
    1. Click on the following link: 2025-2026 ICPC RSU Oklahoma - Asia Invitational Programming Contest.
    2. Click on the "Register" button.
    3. Click on the contest site: "The 2025-2026 ICPC RSU Oklahoma - Asia Invitational Programming Contest".
    4. If the team coach is not logged in to his/her ICPC account, the system will prompt him/her to log in.
    5. In the "Institution field", enter the full name of your university.
    6. If your university is not in the list, click on "SUGGEST NEW INSTITUTION", enter your university details and wait for 24 to 48 hours for the system to approve your university. Once it is approved, the team coach should repeat the steps 1 to 5 and follow the remaining steps.
    7. Enter your team name (you need to create a name for your team) under "Team 1 name" (Click on the "+" button to add more teams from the same university).
    8. Enter your team members (upto three people) under each "Find Person" field.
    9. Click on Register Team(s) button.
    10. A pop up will appear. Click on "Ok" to confirm.

Teams without a coach:

  • Each team member must go to the ICPC website by clicking on the following link: ICPC Website and create an account.
  • Only one team member should perform the following steps:
    1. Click on the following link: The 2025-2026 ICPC RSU Oklahoma - Asia Invitational Programming Contest.
    2. Click on the "Register" button.
    3. Click on the contest site: "The 2025-2026 ICPC RSU Oklahoma - Asia Invitational Programming Contest".
    4. If you are not logged in to your ICPC account, the system will prompt you to log in. Log in to your ICPC account.
    5. Select the option "I will participate as both contestant and coach".
    6. In the "Institution field", enter the full name of your university.
    7. If your university is not in the list, click on "SUGGEST NEW INSTITUTION", enter your university details and wait for 24 to 48 hours for the system to approve your university. Once it is approved, only one team member should repeat the steps 1 to 6 and follow the remaining steps.
    8. Enter your team name (you need to create a name for your team) under "Team 1 name".
    9. Enter the second team member under the first "Find Person" field and enter the third team member under the second "Find Person" field (you can leave the third "Find Person" field blank).
    10. Click on Register Team(s) button.
    11. A pop up will appear. Click on "Ok" to confirm.

Common questions about World Finals registration

Three member teams from Asia who are enrolled in a university. For Oklahoma teams, priority will be given to high ranking teams from provincial contests.

Travel to the contest location is self paid. Accommodation will be provided to international teams. More details will be available on Jan 1, 2026.

Only the three registered team members and one coach are allowed to participate in official events.

You will need an ID and completed registration forms to check-in for the contest.

Free. There is no registration fee.

If a qualifying team cannot attend, the spot will be offered to the teams from the waitlist.
