About The Contest

The Department of Technology & Justice Studies at Rogers State University is hosting an ICPC RSU Oklahoma - Asia West Invitational Programming Contest. Students from all over Oklahoma and countries in Asia West continent can participate in the contest. Come to network with other students and win certificates to help you obtain employment. This is an on-site competition at Herrington Hall, Rogers State University Claremore campus.

Travel, Accommodation and Food

  • Travel to the contest is self paid. Travel from Tulsa International Airport to RSU may be provided.
  • Accommodation will be provided to all international teams.
  • Complimentary food will be provided to all participants and coaches of teams.

USA Visa

Summary of Rules

  • Teams of 3 participants will always be given priority.
  • Only books or paper materials allowed. All electronic devices must be kept in silent mode in a bag away from the work station.
  • Once your team is accepted, you will receive several emails. You need to respond to the emails promptly. If you do not respond by the due date listed in each email that was sent to you, you team will be moved to waitlist and we cannot guarantee you a slot.
  • On the contest day, check-in begins at 8 am. If all members of your team do not show up by 9 am, your slot will be assigned to one of the teams with 3 members from the waitlist.
  • You are allowed to replace your team member that did not show up with a team member from the waitlist to preserve your chance to participate in the contest.
